I'm so glad someone else asked this, I'm going to Vegas in June when I'll be 6 months pregnant, it was booked before I found out! My biggest worry is how i'll cope on the flight from the UK! I was hoping to go to the Grand Canyon while I was there, but I don't know how practical that will be now. Has anyone done it. The games do not offer 'real money gambling' or an opportunity to win real money or prizes. The games are intended for an adult audience. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future going to casino pregnant success at 'real money gambling'.
Going To Casino While Pregnant
What are your thoughts on being pregnant and going to the casino? From time to time, I see pregnant women at the casino and I'm not sure how I feel about it. First of all, I wouldn't make judgments of anyone... if a pregnant woman wants to be in a casino that is her decision and right.
This is a legitimate inquiry on my part as my wife and I love going to the casino and we just found out she is pregnant. I'm wondering how her being pregnant will affect our trips. On one hand, I feel like a couple hours at the casino would be ok and not harmful to the baby. I think it may be better to go during off peak times (during the week and/or mornings). Many of the newer casinos have great ventilation and/or non smoking rooms. This is something we will be asking the OB about at our next appointment.
At the same time you always hear about how smoking or second hand smoke is not good for pregnant women (or not healthy for anyone really). What are you thoughts? Have you been to the casino while pregnant? Would you be ok with your wife being in the casino while pregnant? I'm just interested to hear opinions about this. Please keep all responses respectful to anyone who is willing to share their feelings.
